Setup, Customisation, Training and Support
Our charges for these services as from 1 April 2012 are:
| Software setup, training & support | $110.00 + GST per hour |
| Telephone support | $1.85 + GST per minute |
| Travel (includes time and mileage)* | $1.85 + GST per kilometre |
Accounting and Office Services Charges
Our charges for these services as from 1 April 2012 are:
Regular weekly or monthly contracted accounts and payroll work:
| 1-19 hours per month | $55.00 + GST per hour |
| 20 + hours per month | $50.00 + GST per hour |

Casual accounts work |
$65.00 + GST per hour |
| Monthly oversight of your accounts system & financial reports | $75 + GST per hour |
| Telephone support | $1.85 + GST per minute |
| Travel (includes time and mileage)* | $1.85 + GST per kilometre |
*Travel charges apply to and from sites outside Christchurch ring road only
All our rates will be subject to CPI adjustment annually from 2012 onwards
