Accredo Business Software offers two levels of software, Mercury and Saturn, to suit a variety of business needs, with the option of adding Accredo POS for retail integration. Both offer full open period accounting, many built-in shortcuts and automation features which save time and money for your business, unique scripting tools allowing you to adapt the basic system to your own unique needs, economically and without compromising on upgradeability. PLUS new Foreign Currency feature in the latest Accredo 3.0. Design your own reports and business documents to reinforce and promote your brand, automate frequently performed tasks to improve productivity and profit, import or export data from Accredo to save time and improve accuracy. Accredo Mercury

Accredo Mercury is a Windows-based business software package designed for small to medium sized businesses operating from a single location. Catering for the budget as well as the needs of smaller companies, Accredo Mercury can be easily and economically customised. It replaces the former Profax 7 software, building on the strengths of that system and adding more value for the same money.

Accredo Saturn

Accredo Saturn is a Windows-based business software package designed for businesses of all sizes operating from more than one location, branch or department. Accredo Saturn can be easily and economically customised to suit the needs of any business, and the modular system allows you to initially select just the components you require, adding more modules as needed when your business expands. Design your own financial reports, including branch and departmental reporting.

Both Mercury and Saturn have wonderful features such as the ability to send e-mail messages directly to clients from enquiry screens, and the one-step generation of reports to Microsoft Office Excel spreadsheets, or as an attachment to an e-mail recipient. They also offer the ability to be fully keyboard driven if desired, which will appeal to people who find mouse-only operation much slower.

In addition the software is multi-user, working happily in a network situation, and is multi-company, so users can run multiple companies on just one software licence. GST is handled easily, on either a Payments or Invoice basis. Screen views and reports can be customised to suit, and documents such as invoices and statements can be modified to individual requirements. Frequently run report lists can be customised and replayed with just one key stroke. Security and open-period control is assured with a comprehensive password and permission facility for each individual user.
