While originally developed overseas, QuickBooks accounting software is fully "New Zealand-ised", and handles GST on either an Invoice or Payments basis. With various levels catering for most business sizes, QuickBooks offers a total Windows-based, easy-to-use accounting package at an amazingly low price.

QuickBooks tracks all your financial information, from invoices and bills to purchase orders. Track who owes you money and what you owe. You can print cheques, invoices, and more - or get paid faster by e-mailing invoices directly to your customers from within QuickBooks.

Once you get started, QuickBooks has over 100 reports and graphs, which provide an overview of your business at any time. When you need in-depth information, you can navigate between financial details and a summary report in just one click. Features such as quick zooming to see the detailed transactions behind reports, excel integration (available only from Pro upwards), spell checking, memorised reporting groups, batch printing of reports, multi-currency accounting (only from Pro upwards), bank statement downloading and bill payments engine make QuickBooks a really user-friendly product.

In most levels of QuickBooks, invoices, purchase orders and statements can be modified to suit, with the ability to include your company logo on all documents. Reports can be customised, and frequently used reports can be memorised in order to save going through the set-up process each time you want to run the report.

No prior knowledge of accounting is required - QuickBooks does all the accounting for you behind the scenes. All you have to do is enter the transactions, and your financial reports are immediately updated. Of course, it is important to have your accounts set up correctly in the first place, so a session with one of our Accredited Trainers during the set-up stage is vital, to make sure that your software is set up correctly for your business.
